Refund Policy

At Curbside Cowboys Junk Removal, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We aim to provide professional, timely, and high-quality service on every job. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please review our refund policy below:

 

Service Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued only if the service was not performed as agreed or if there was a clear failure to meet the outlined scope of work.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of service completion.

  • Partial refunds or service credits may be offered at our discretion in cases where the job was completed, but concerns were raised regarding quality or scope.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed services are non-refundable once the junk removal has been performed to the agreed standard.

  • Deposits for large jobs may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel expenses.
