Service Refunds

Refunds may be issued only if the service was not performed as agreed or if there was a clear failure to meet the outlined scope of work.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of service completion.

Partial refunds or service credits may be offered at our discretion in cases where the job was completed, but concerns were raised regarding quality or scope.
Non-Refundable Items

Completed services are non-refundable once the junk removal has been performed to the agreed standard.

Deposits for large jobs may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel expenses.
